TBS Business Connect Plans
Telstra Business System (TBS) Business Connect Plans include a range of 3 Fixed Voice term agreements that are only available to eligible Telstra Business customers who purchase a TBS.
- TBS Business Connect Basic - for business customers who have a minimum of 1 eligible Fixed service with Telstra.
- TBS Business Connect Plus - for business customers who have a minimum of 5 eligible Fixed services with Telstra.
- TBS Business Connect Premium - for business customers who have a minimum of 16 eligible Fixed services with Telstra.
Key Features:
- Customers can purchase/lease TBS and also know that they are getting a good deal on their Fixed Voice services through the TBS Business Connect plan.
- TBS Business Connect plans give the customer confidence that the rates will not change over the term of the agreement.

- TBS Business Connect plans include the Breadth of Service Discount which offers 100% discount on all calls from the customers Fixed services to their eligible Telstra Mobiles, so customers can benefit by having both their Fixed and Mobile services with Telstra. (The customer must maintain 3 or more Telstra Mobile services under an Eligible Telstra Business Mobile Plan in their name).
- 36 Month term = 12% Rebate
- 48 Month term = 14% Rebate
- 60 Month term = 16% Rebate
Business Premium Voice
Business Premium Voice is a whole of voice contract where customers commit their Fixed Voice services to Telstra for a term of 12 or 24 months in return for special pricing.
There are a number of pricing features in Business Premium Voice including:
- Special Pricing for monthly access and call rates that is locked in for the term of the contract, 12 or 24 months.
- Term Discount - 20% Discount off one of three Call Types as nominated by customer.
- Breadth of Service Discount - 100% Discount on calls from the customer's eligible Fixed services to their eligible Telstra Mobile services. Note: Customers must maintain a minimum of 3 eligible Telstra Mobile services to receive the Discount.
Corporate Voice
Corporate Voice is a 'Whole of Voice' Fixed Rate Voice contract for business customers that have a Total Telecommunications Spend of $25k - $300k per annum.
Customers have the option of taking a Corporate Voice contract for either a 12 or 24 month term. Key Features include:
- Competitive Outbound Call rates including Local, STD/NDD, Fixed to Mobiles and International calls.
- Competitive Inbound Call Rates.
- Breadth of Service Discount - offering customers 100% Discount on calls from their Fixed services to eligible Telstra Mobiles. Note: Customers must maintain a minimum of 3 eligible Telstra Mobile services to receive the Discount.
