Today is a very special day, Star21 celebrates 10 years in business. When we began in 2006, we were a small business founded to lift the customer service standard in the telecommunications market place.
Since then, we have spent all our energy building our brand and earning respect in the business world whilst committing to providing exceptional customer service. I’m pleased to say we have grown to become a respected organisation in the Mobiles and ICT space delivering world class services to our clients through our partnership with Telstra.
As we are celebrating the 10th anniversary of Star21, I really feel proud and blessed when I look back at the journey of these significant and remarkable years. Star21 has evolved over the years and has emerged as one of the top performing Telstra partners largely due to our incredibly dedicated and trustworthy staff who share the same passion and values of working hard as team. For this, my sincere thanks goes out to my loyal and amazing team.
Further to this, we also have a very loyal client base without whom we would not be where we are today. My sincere gratitude goes out to all our clients, old and new, and I thank you for the confidence you have placed in our company, we value your business a great deal.
So while it is great to reflect on our achievements, it is equally exciting to look forward, which matters the most.
I am really excited about our future as we embark on our growth plans to enhance our service capability in the managed services and professional services space.
Ultimately, our main objective is to provide, you, our customer with greater value through new technologies and superior customer service.
