Closure dates over the holiday period
Our offices will be closed from 6pm Thursday 22/12/2016 and re-open 8am Tuesday 03/01/2017.
Last date for stock orders
Should you require stock, the cut off time/date is 3pm Wednesday 21/12/2016 to be able to get it to you by Thursday 22/12/2016 (based on stock availability).

Telstra TBS Phone System Support: 131 729 (option 2, Option 4 – Avaya or Option 5 – LG)
Each year, Telstra places an embargo on new data communication connections over the Christmas period to protect the network against accidental failures during Telstra’s busiest period. This embargo affects all landline connections including ADSL, NBN, EFM, etc.
The dates for this holiday season are: 16/12/2016 – 09/01/2017
No orders will be processed or installed during this time. It is important to plan ahead and not get caught in the back-log.
All orders not processed or submitted before the embargo will go into a back-log and processed (in-order) once the embargo lifts from 09/01/2017 onwards.
Service Call Outs for Phone Systems
The last date that our PABX techs will be available for service call outs to customers without a Maintenance Agreement is Tuesday 20/12/2016 and they will not be available again until Monday 16/01/2016.
If you have a TBS Maintenance Agreement, fault resolution is available by contacting the TBS support number above and logging a fault.
